Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We offer two types of shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Standard shipping is free of charge.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to physical addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any offshore islands. Please ensure your delivery address meets these criteria when placing your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

glowsofa.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

glowsofa.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

2. Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

2.1. The customer has 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt.

2.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

2.3. The product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2.4. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify the customer that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

2.5. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

2.6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Can covers be washed?

Our fabric is very durable, and machine washing works great — just unzip the covers from the foam and zip them back up before throwing them in the machine. To preserve color, wash on the coldest setting on your machine with only pieces of the same color, and hang dry to prevent shrinking. We recommend using clear-color detergents . For the small stuff, you can spot clean with a moist cloth or a carpet/upholstery cleaning solution.

Do I need to assemble it?

Our extra large bean bag comes vacuum-packed, so no assembly is needed upon opening. We recommend letting the fluffy bean bag for 24-48 hours after unboxing. During this time, you can gently pat the bean bag in various areas to help it fully expand and distribute evenly, ensuring the best possible experience. If you have any questions, please let us know!

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
